Great customer service ! From A to Z - They look after their customers and when they say it is lifetime warranty service, they mean it ! A rare thing these days. They are responsive, fast and most efficient. Great business ! The place to go for remote car starters. Most deserving of the 5 Stars.

I called in Monday night asking for a tint appointment asap...I was hoping for the very next day, but my chances were slim since I had class until 4:30pm and they close at 5pm. Not only were Adam and Fred able to fit me in, they BOTH stayed late to ensure that I could get my brand new vehicle tinted that day in a short amount of time. What an amazing job well done!!! Very professional and friendly. Adam offered us water and coffee...and even assisted us in finding a good show to watch on Netflix as we waited in their showroom. Although I've only got a tint job from them, I would 100% recommend these guys for any of their services based off of their stellar work ethic and customer service. Thanks again! Love the look of my car!!

Brought my truck in to have the aftermarket stereo looked at due to no sound coming from the rear speakers. Within 20 minutes , I was extremely happy that this issue was corrected ( I guess the stereo did a Factory Reset after new battery installed ) and lost all the settings I had programmed. Adam and Fred are simply the BEST!! Hands down!! Professional and friendly. The customer service is what stands out with this establishment. Number 1 at treating people \u003e\u003e\u003e\u003e like people. I then proceeded to make an appointment to remount the rear door speakers , well , because I have NO idea as to this kind of Stereo installation process and, of course my lack of skill , to say the least. NO more rattles! Speaker outer protective mesh grills are now flush and don't fall out. Highly recommend this business for stereo needs. Looking forward to getting a system installed in another vehicle I have. And of course getting windows tinted. Thank you again Cozy Car for an excellent service you provide. Sincerely Spero B . I've been through nothing short of a nightmare since the Fall of 2019 when the back end of my car was hit where the electronics for my back-up sensor system were located. The company who fixed my car used a mobile service to fix my sensor system who had cut the wires to my old system. The insurance company was great and told me to go get it fixed to what it was before. I tried ordering the part I needed and have another company in town fix it. They were useless (and rude). I was finally referred to Cozy Car after months of agonizing over getting this thing fixed properly. Cozy Car quickly assessed the problem, let me know I had an automatic car starter wire and never charged me to reset it, called the manufacture of the back-up system and ordered the part I needed, called me when the part came in and fixed the system. It works perfectly and they made it look effortless. They also never charged me for the total time they worked on my car because they knew what I had been through. Thank you Fred and Adam for your efficiency, expediency and professionalism. I have already recommended your service to the insurance company. I look forward to using your service for a new stereo system when I get my new iPhone! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Great and fast service, prices are good and the staff listen to what you want. I had upgraded speakers put in and got a touchscreen stereo. I will be getting more customizations done to my Dodge Avenger here in the future.
