First it took 3 months to get a quote from these guys, specifically dealing with rep Scott Ferrier. Quote was good but took another 2 months to set up the plan. Wanted the new policies in place for when my existing policies expired, paperwork wasn't ready given 2 months to prepare it. I wasn't prepared to go without house and car insurance so had to stick with exiting policies elsewhere. How are you still in business with a 5 month turnaround to provide people insurance? Everywhere else gives quotes instantly or a few days at most and has paperwork ready in days, not months.

Amazing Company! I have been with McDougall for years now and I highly recommended them to everybody I come across. I need to mention my broker Carlene as she is exceptional at what she does. The customer service is almost unbelievable. Any time I need help with anything and call or email she is there making it quick and easy. As a business owner I really notice certain things and I must say McDougall is doing it right and if their other employees are anything like Carlene they are a super star company. After not being able to find pricing on Home and Auto that I felt was reasonable a friend referred to me to Darlene at McDougall. I am a very demanding and needy customer but I was no match for Darlene! Everything I needed she was able to process expeditiously and saved me 800 between home and auto from the next lowest quote. Can’t ask for much better then that!
