Was told to call the office a week after I had gotten testing done to see my results, called back a week later and spoke to a nurse who told me everything came back negative. Fast forward to a few days later I receive a voicemail saying the doctor wants to talk to me about my results. I call back and speak to a nurse who says not to worry, nothing is wrong, my doctor just wants to discuss my results. Turns out my test came back POSITIVE after I was told it was negative and had nothing to worry about. Most unprofessional doctors office I'ever ever dealt with, and I will be switching clinics. Horrified and disgusting with the lack of concern for my health, and professionalism. Glad to know patient care and knowledge is of zero priority to this clinic. The nurses are rude in every interaction as well.

Dr. Adeille took 18 months to refer me for hairloss, which turned out to be \Chronic Telogen Effluvium\, he prescribed Rogain, which is not a suggested treatment. It took 18 months to refer me for my ADHD, his office mixed up the dates, argued with me, and forced me to believe the date was wrong. I missed the appointment and have to pay 180 dollars for another appointment. I was told \Only one symptom per visit\ which is a very difficult limit when you suffer from a still yet to be diagnosed genetic issue. When asked to be removed from the roster, they ducked and dodged my calls for SIX MONTHS. Preventing me from getting any healthcare from any other family doctor, or even registering with Ontario.ca for a new doctor or nurse practitioner. I called today, they mistakenly answered, and continued to tell me \This time Dr Adeille has DEFINITELY derostered you\ but according to the Ontario government I am not. I've called several malpractice lawyers, only to find out negligence is almost impossible to prove in Ontario, and will cost me more than I earn in a year to chase any legal recourse for the negligence, and malpractice I recieved from what appears to be mostly a scam. Yet to recieve: Blood test results from 4 different occasions. Referrals for multiple doctors. Xrays Never received any real entrance assessment to the practice. Never received any conclusion on if I'm naturally lacking collagen in my blood...Never even recieved a test. A potentially dangerous future issue.

Dr. Adiele Is by far one of the best family doctors I’ve had, he is kind, doesn’t rush and genuinely cares about your health and well-being. He is also very good and patient with my children. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen in either clinic he works in.

I have never been so appalled with an organization in my life. I was a patient at Halo Medical until my doctor up and quit his practice there and no one thought to make a patient aware and left me without a doctor and several medical conditions. I should start by saying good luck if you ever plan on needing to see your doctor urgently or to get ahold of the clinic - I’ve stood at the door and watched them ignore calls coming through or put you on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I recently went to pick up my medical files. I made sure (once I finally got ahold of them) the date and time I would bring my USB. When I was on my way they instructed me to call - what a joke. I stood at the door for 15 minutes knocking and calling 20 times until they got frustrated enough to ask what I needed. I explained I had scheduled my arrival and they denied that I had been told that. I had to leave my USB to pick up at a later date (how hard is it to drag and drop a folder into a USB?) I also don’t live anywhere near the clinic and so this was inconvenient. As for my medical experiences - a year ago I went in with severe strep and a rash that broke out and it took months for my doctor to even believe that I had something wrong. I ended up going to an average walk in clinic that did a strep test immediately after severe symptoms. My doctor 2 months later referred me to two specialists. 7 months and 11 months which were weeks after he saw me. I was covered head to toe in an extremely itchy and painful rash. I ended up taking measures into my own hand and I am glad I did. A year later I am finally seeing doctors who care about my health and sit down and listen to me - which was never the case at this clinic. I strongly urge those who need a doctor - it’s worth the wait to find a good clinic and a respectable one at that. This medical clinic should not run with how the staff and doctors treat the patients.

This office is wholly unprofessional and blatantly filled with medical malpractice. I went in earlier last week because Dr. Rahim Danish made a mistake in faxing the prescription to my local pharmacy for the blood pressure pills my father needs since he was discharged from the hospital. The staff there, particularly the receptionist Michelle, were obstinate, rude, and down right callous. They refused to admit that they were at fault when I asked to see the doctor so he could clear up this mistake. The doctor not only refused to see me, but exited the building from the back, abandoning an elderly lady he was supposed to be treating. I told the receptionist that this was ridiculous and that it shouldn't be this difficult to get a prescription, that Is not only already paid for by insurance, but necessary for my father to live. The receptionist Michelle, made a disgusting comment that blatantly said my father should have \followed the rules to pick up his prescription\ and I was \disgraceful and rude\. Only later did I find out that they called my house while I was at work to apologize for their mistake and rude comments. Today I found out that they suggested to my father that I have violent tendencies, and am a \brat\. Seriously considering legal action for defamation of name and medical malpractice. I urge you to reconsider your choice of medical clinic if you value your loved one's health, have specific prescriptions, or desire to be treated with a modicum of respect.
