Excellent, customer centric approach makes this place a great shopping experience. Was shopping for one quality memory foam pillow. Tried several varieties of pillows before making the purchase, unlike in a department store where you can't try before purchase. I got two for the price of one due to a promotion. Overall very happy.

We were amazed with the fabulous service we received at sleep country Canada. The representative on duty (I think his name was Rick), was so informative and helpful, without being pushy. He showed us beds within our price range and helped us get fully set up with everything we needed. He also organized delivery for us, which we were lucky to lock in with short notice. We ended up adding a number of accessories to our order and Rick gave us a nice discount. Would absolutely recommend going to sleep country Courtenay if you’re looking to invest in a new bed!
I found the service great before ordering I had to call a couple of times for info they were always thoughtful and helpful. When the bed was delivered we got the split king the delivery people were very efficient and nice. I can never go back to a regular bed now this was our 2 purchase from sleep county didn’t need to look around.
Have only had the bed for approximately one month so far everything is great, easy proocess from purchase to delivery and set-up.
We recently purchased a new (much awaited for) bed from Sleep Country in Courtenay BC. Curtis was extremely helpful and paired us with the perfect bed and new pillows as well. I highly recommend going to the bed experts for your zzzz needs.
Good advice and help from the salesman. Felt CoOVID safe in the store with precautions in place. Delivery scheduled and occured as planned. Efficient, courteous set-up, though the bed was hard as rock due to the weather. We had to warm it up for 24 hours before using it. Why only 4 stars? The sale came with a delayed option to buy bedding at a discount. Two weeks after the bed arrives, if we don't return it, we can go back to the store and get bedding at a But since we were moving from a queen to a king, we needed the bedding at delivery so we had to buy them without the discount. We felt somewhat distrusted. Were we scheming to buy a bed, get it delivered, and then return it - just to get the discount on bedding? How many people would do that? IMO you should take the risk. Or, you could credit our payment card with the discount after the two weeks. Something should be possible even if you don't trust us.
Amazing service. Very knowledgeable friendly staff. Felt no pressure left very happy with our purchase and visit. Highly recommended.
Got the best pillow thanks to I think rick? He not only helped me fast and efficiently, but I also recall him helping my family over 5 years ago find the best bed for them, and they still absolutely love it to this day.
