Awful service. Managers are brutal, zero intelligence . I broke a expensive gold necklace 6 or 7 times over the years, then on the final breakage some gold was lost. They won't fix it now, it just gets shipped around back and forth to jeweler n peoples. I will never shop at a peoples ever again. Pathetic

I bought two pair of little girls gold and crystal earrings with special screw backings to stay on better and not dig into tender ears. Unfortunately, in spite of checking the earring backs at bedtime every night the backing fell off and one was lost. They offered to try to get me another set \at cost\ which is generous of them but they don't guarantee the quality of the earrings. Even the extended warranty won't cover loss due to the screw not holding. The backing was on tight the night before. Since talking to them there is a second backing missing. So I'm out 150 dollars two days before school picture day. Great.

I am very upset! I bought a very, very expensive diamond ring, wore it for less than four months, and lost the 1 carat diamond today at Emergency. I was there with my very elderly Mom, looked down at my hand, and the large diamond was gone!!! I searched all around, but could not locate the diamond!! What the Hell? Terrible quality!!!
