I have gone from my very first dive right up to my Advanced Open Water PADI certification here. From the moment I walked into the shop to ask a few questions, everyone here has been top notch. Super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The Dive Instructors worked with my schedule to make sure I completed my training at a comfortable pace. They took my safety very seriously the entire way through. I am genuinely excited to work with them in the future to continue my training even further.

I started diving back in May of 2019 and I have to say that when I go from Calgary to Courtney BC and visit Pacific Pro Dive the staff and management treat me like Royalty. When I walk into the store and view all the dive gear they have and experience the knowledge of their staff and management you will never want to leave. I have been on a couple of charters with Ron Nelson and Robyn Fyfe and the dive with the Seal Lions was one of my best experiences. It makes you never want to leave the area and it is a must to keep coming back. The courses they offer give you a wide range of advancement in the area of diving and Ron Nelson's patience for new divers and his energy make you want to never leave the water. They are great stewards of the environment with their \Dives Against Debris\ throughout the year and offer great leadership to all participants. I love coming out to their store and will always be a supporter of Pacific Pro Dive and the area.

Amazing shop and amazing staff. My girlfriend has her advanced open water and I wanted to try diving with her in the ocean and do my discover scuba diving at the same time. Unfortunately the visibility at low depth in the ocean was bad and instead of bringing me anyway, Robyn was kind enough to call my girlfriend and let her know that I wouldn't see anything if I dove in the ocean with her, so my girlfriend went to the ocean and I went to the lake. I had an amazing experience, the staff was very kind and helpful. You can tell they're passionate about diving. Would 100% recommend.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I mean you walk in and you’re greeted with the friendliest most upbeat staff you can imagine. The knowledge is unmatched. And the professionalism is extraordinary. Just when you think it couldn’t get any better, they ring in your bill For your equipment or services, and you’re beyond wowed by the pricing and the value you get. Top notch guys. I’ll cross the country any day to get my scuba diving gear, even if it is all the way out on Vancouver island. They also love to show off the sea lions and whales any chance they get so book now !!
