Marks is still where I go when I need quality work shoes. I have just found though, that Sketchers steel toe shoes are far better than Dakota shoes of the same style.
You are on your own here folks.. staff can help you pick a size of work boot but cant tell you anything bout them. Try ordering some pants in.. you have to give them all your personal info even though they are just being shipped to the store. Some of the slowest counter people I have ever seen in action.
Customer service is extremely good! I had a wonderfully nice lady help me pick out shoes and she was very helpful. Left a happy customer :)
Was picking some new work boots out and the lady that helped me was incredibly helpful and informative and we landed on the Timberland Pro endurance, which wasn't in stock so she got me setup with an in store order which was super easy! Also, there was a very obnoxious lady up front being rude to an employee and seeing the manager stand up for the employee and not tolerate that kind of behavior was amazing to see.

Lots of stuff in this Marks. Small selection on rainwear. They said it's hard to keep in stock in rain season. Good prices on basic shirts, I like the 50 wash shirts!
