If you are looking for a vehicle, talk to Sean, one of the owners. He is a real class act. I felt like Sean really wanted us to be happy and made the whole process a really positive experience. A huge shout out to Sean, Sar, Todd and the rest of the team at Courtenay Nissan. My wife and I wanted to get out of our 2019 Nissan Kicks and into a Rogue but we were in a position where we couldn’t increase our payment. Sean and the team pulled together and got us into a 2020 Rogue with the same payment. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and the fact they stayed late to accommodate my schedule. This was my first car buying experience from a dealership and it was very enjoyable. I was assisted by Sarthak who was kind, straightforward and attentive. He was respectful of the budget I had for buying a car and was patient throughout the entire buying experience. He has since followed up to make sure that I am still enjoying my vehicle and when I took it in for maintenance, he stopped by while I was in the service department to say hello. I strongly recommend their services and will be buying future vehicles from their establishment.

James, Shea, Matt, and the entire team at Courtenay Nissan genuinely wanted to EARN my business. Professional, friendly, HONEST, and not pressuring at all.
