Very disorganized company. Unpleasant experience with Gloria. I couldn’t seem to get a return phone call or email from her. I eventually had to escalate to the manager. The countertops were very nice and the installer/temp-later Matt was excellent. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with Gloria.

The staff was very knowledgeable about the various products. They were understanding in regards to budget and were able to provide me with a fantastic counter top. All appointments for measuring, installing and finishing were provided and followed. Rick was great to work with to narrow down how I wanted my kitchen to look. Installations was great, and I love my new counter tops. I would highly recommend Colonial Countertop to anyone.
