Cathy in Courtenay has been an ABSOLUTE pleasure to deal with. We just completed the sale and i'm waiting patiently but I felt like I was shopping with knowledgeable friend instead of a salesperson. I don't have a single regret and can't wait for my tub.

We have been more than happy with Calais. We dealt with them out of their Nanaimo Store for our Hot tub and were extremely happy. We recently moved to a new home with an inground pool and initially contacted the original installer for service and information but got no reply. We contacted Calais and within days Gary was at our place with an incredible amount of helpful info and advice as well as being patient with our questions as new pool owners. Cathe the manager is awesome, she is really knowledgeable, and always friendly. I look forward to getting the water tested just to visit with her. You can't go wrong by deciding to go with Calais.
