The gal who measured the blinds was amazing and the two installers where professional, courteous, reviewed the warranty and gave me a tutorial on use afterwards. I am not sure that the sales people had a lot of knowledge about the products. The blinds that I bought were described very differently by two separate people. I wasn’t even sure that I ended up with what I originally ordered. I’m still not sure if the ones I got would have been the ones I would’ve ordered, if I had been given the correct information about the product.
