*** Initially had a 2 star rating but after having been contacted by a representative of the company I can say I'm more than satisfied with their response and this is the reason why I've changed my rating. Thank you for reaching out and fixing up the misunderstanding.*** Needed to move my hot tub and repair the heater. The move went well. A crack was found afterwards (not due to the move) so I could not fill the tub. The technicians found the crack but could not change the pipes due to cold weather conditions. It was to be repaired in the spring. I received the invoice and to my shock I owed 339 because they decided to somewhat winterize my spa after having moved it. I called to inquire as to why it was so expensive and the customer representative said I'm was being cut a deal because normally to winterize a spa is 179.99. Because they only did half the job I wasn't being charged the full amount. Geez thanks! I was not informed about the winterizing of my spa that was already closed because I most certainly would have said no to this charge. Finally, the reason I giving a 2 star and not a 1 is because the technicians were nice. Unfortunately I will not be using your services for the future repairs, to purchase my new cover and future pool maintenance. Disappointed customer.

Bought a Traeger from here and had some issues with it from the get go (no fault of st Lawrence pools) . Josh took care of the situation and got me a brand new grill replacement and I’m very happy with this! Traeger was also very easy to deal with ! Very much appreciated
We are very pleased with Josh and St Lawrence pools. We outfitted our complete home gym with equipment we purchased from them. They don't just sell pools and hot tubs! Everything was good quality, they gave good advice and direction, and everything went smoothly. And we also have a hot tub, which we regularly update through St. Lawrence. We drop a water sample off, and we soon get an email telling us what to do, no fuss, no muss.
They are a very friendly buisness!!! Employees are very nice... Service is great.... Even though i dont buy my products there they still test my water for free
