Got our Christmas photos done today and the lady was amazing with our 2 year old. She took great photos! This is our 3rd year going for family photos and it was by far the best experience yet. We won the free session through Facebook so only had to pay for the photos and they were a reasonable price for the unlimited package very happy with our experience here will definitely be back next year :)
I was really disappointed with the service. I have two recent experiences. The first one is that I had scheduled a photo shoot with my friends (all moms of several children and on a tight schedule). We arrived on time for our photo session but we had to wait 45 minutes to be served! It wasn't even busy, the employee was just working VERY slowly. The second experience is that I had an on-locaiton photo shoot a couple of weeks ago. I informed them that I needed to choose the photos that we liked ASAP as we are needing them as soon as possible. It has been two weeks and I haven't even been called in to SEE the photos! I have called twice and left a voice message once. WHAT IS GOING ON?
About two months ago we did our photos with the on location photography. We were told we would be called to review the photos. A month after not hearing anything we went in to ask about our photos since we didn’t receive a phone call, mind you it’s a 45 minute drive to Cornwall for us. They said they had to schedule a day for us to review the photos. But if we never came in we wouldn’t have been called. Now it’s two months since the photos were taken we have reviewed the photos and they said they would call us when they’re ready. We are still waiting for our call to get our photos. This is a waste of money you don’t even get your photos because they never call. Scam.
