I had good service when my husband and I were looking for products to make a project.
So I wanted to have my house sided and I needed quotes like everyone else , so off to Home Depot. I go to see the siding and colours and get prices. I stand in line very quietly and the first guys says can I help you and I said yes. I need a quote on some siding he says well you will have to wait I am serving a contractor. I really don't remember asking him to drop his customer to service me. But anyway he says it's right down that aisle over there and when I come back he asks a young guy, Dakota, to help me. When I ask him to show me and quote me he tells me, well when most people come here they know what they want. \Really\, thank you. To the unhelpful people working at the siding department at Home Depot; maybe the garden department could give them some lessons on service. I will shop somewhere else..Now I went to EMARDS ...thank you so much Terry the very professional service. I now know what I want and need and they will get my business. ( shop local it really makes a difference).
great staff and even better prices i travel all over ontario for work and by far some of the most competitive prices family owned
