The physiotherapist that I had physio with was very careful and gentle while helping me to regain movement with my shoulder. I was given detailed information for exercises at home after the therapist explained and had me do them to ensure I was comfortable doing them. I have gained a lot of movement back since going there for my post surgery recovery. I felt very safe there as they adhered to the covid distancing and safe rules. The people in the front office were friendly and helpful.
