I called to ask a few questions so that I would be absolutely prepared when crossing the border so that I wouldn’t be wasting mine or anyone else’s time. I was trying to go about it the smart way. I’m 21 years old and i’m just trying to visit my mom, it’s been almost 5 years and I really miss her... I’ve never traveled far by myself or crossed a border by myself either. I was talked to like I was retarded and couldn’t even get a word in so that I could better understand what I needed to do on my part to have a successful trip. So here I am...thanks so much for making me feel horrible.

Had a very good experience. Things were fast even for a COPR landing. So from start to finish 25 minutes. The agents were really friendly and helpful and they patiently answered all my questions......If you live in NY NJ PA MA come here even if it is further than the Freedom Bridge, there is less traffic here and you have awesome.
