Extremely disappointed. I have visited other Cora locations many times in the past and have always received great service and well-prepared food. This was a terrible exception. Three friends and I recently visited Quebec City for a weekend and popped in for breakfast. On a Sunday morning there is usually a line up out the door at other locations but this one was ready to accommodate all new guests- surprising but welcome as we were very thirsty and hungry. We were sat within a couple minutes and given menus. 17 minutes later a waitress finally approached us and took our orders.Several minutes later our waters arrived, and minutes after that two coffees arrived. One friend ordered an orange juice that never came to the table. When our food finally arrived, one of the orders was cold, as if the cooks had made it prematurely and left it in the window to cool down. Omelets are not made to be eaten cold. The rest of the food was tasty- the banana choco crepe, panini crepe, and egg breakfast were up to Cora's standard. The waitress did not come by once to check if the food was alright, and it wasn't until we lined up our empty water glasses at the end of the table that another waitress came by with a pitcher to refill them. I have worked as a breakfast waitress before- it is stressful to work with such a high volume but our waitress did not have that many tables at the time. After all our meals were finished, she finally came by after some time to drop off the bill- which included the orange juice that was never actually delivered. She seemed as if she was about to argue that we had received it but then thought better of it and corrected the bill. Either way, would never recommend this location as a breakfast opportunity.

Food took forever to arrive, others around us complained of that as well. Service was flustered (one waiter said will bring water, other waiter had to ask again for drinks after 10 minutes), in sparse English but OK overall. Dishes were very generous, although crêpe was too thick. We still can't see how we walked away with 30 bill for what we had...
