Been to this place multiple times, it had horrible customer service before the pandemic and it’s gotten worse with the pandemic. Staff don’t have any sense of caring and it’s definitely their management that doesn’t care either. Take my advise and spend your money elsewhere.

Fun, a chance to get out with family, separate lanes of course! But still fun to cheer each other on!!
The bowling experience is good if you go after the league. The lanes still have some oil on them, so you can actually get some decent practice in. If you go on a day without league, then you will be hurting yourself trying to get the ball down the lane. It would be great if they dressed the lanes at least twice a day!

Dont ever go to this place..staff is so rude..make no sense..they tell you to lie and then you can play..but if you lie about living in same household you can play and wow they will not check any id’s..so guys go ahead and lie..dumb staff..!
