Wait times are the same as most every other \walk in clinic\ expect it to be full by 2pm, and wait at least an hour for your appointment if you get a time slot. So that's fine. I adjust my day accordingly. But - a Dr's office should have basic cleanliness standards. This one perplexes me every time we go! The floors are disgusting. Especially in the exam rooms!!! Dirt that has clearly been there for more than a week (in the corners). Stains on the walls! Eww! It causes me pause whether the equipment is also neglected? Is it cleaned? I hope the office staff sees this to take notice, and hire someone to do a proper cleaning! Daily!!

I have been with Dr. Park here for several years and he has helped me a lot. The staff and doctors are always resourceful and informative and I honestly can feel that they care for their patients. It is reassuring that they are operating under strict COVID-19 protocols and I feel safe visiting this clinic.

Doctors are great. Front receptionists are the worst you will ever see in your life. I can't give more than 1 star even with great doctors because the attitudes from the front team or so she claims to be the manager of the front team has serious power drive issue. Does she get abused by doctors or at home? Why does she have to take it out on the patients? I guess we will never know.
I’ve been seeing Hannah for RMT to treat my back pain due to a car accident. She is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! She has great skills and applies the right amount pressure. I can recommend her anyone who has back pain like me.
