So, unfortunately I can't speak to the cupcakes as I was calling to cancel my order for a family get-together that was no longer happening (Covid, obviously). The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone I spoke with was not only polite, they were outright pleasant. When I explained my situation and that I needed to cancel my order, they put me right through to a manager who was equally as friendly. It took me less than 15 minutes to get everything sorted out. Once things have settled down, I will definitely be coming back to try the cupcakes and to meet this lovely group of people in person!

Bought some Clever Cupcakes for "research." It was amazing.... Did not feel guilty eating them, weren't heavy or too sweet. They probably extend your life expectancy. Will definitely return again for more!!

Wow ! These cupcakes are just perfect. Not too sweet and too heavy. I don’t feel guilty eating them. What makes me even happier is that my mom loves them and had no reactions to any additives. I bought two cupcakes ate them in the car and before I left I went back to get two more. I was lucky enough to try the pound cake too ! All good and natural ingredients which makes it all less guilty to eat these beauties !

My boyfriend ordered the Valentines Day Special vegan cupcakes as a surprise. They were so good!!!! I can’t believe we hadn’t tried this place yet. They were moist and the icing was to die for. This will be a staple for every occasion from now on. Great service as well. Thank you!

Was very pleased. The cupcake is moist and flavourful. The icing is also full of flavour and not just a bunch of sugar. I find that majority commercial cupcakes are fluffy flavourless cake covered with butter, but these are nothing like that. Definitely coming back for more! Caramel one was amazing!
