We needed all appliances replaced in three condos, all our appliances were 20 years old. We looked for installers and were lucky to find Prime Appliances. Although dealing with the supplier, Home Depot, was a total nightmare with unreliable delivery schedules and many problems with delivery, Rick saved the day. His proffesionalism, cooperative nature and kind personality were a total pleasure. Even when the schedule of delivery changed, Rick made multiple trips to ensure all went smoothly. The installs were perfect and we are really enjoying our new appliances. We have no hesitation in recommending Prime and Rick for your appliance installation. You wont go wrong!

We just had a 36" single door Liebherr fridge installed by Prime Appliances and we are delighted with the installation and service. Rick's quote helped us understand that this fridge required a lot more care and detail for installation and it was true. It required precision to securely place the anti-tipping bracket behind the fridge such that it resulted in a built in look. Kyle took great care, checked everything twice and made sure that we were satisfied with the install. It doesn't get any better than this. We highly recommend Prime Appliances Ltd. and will not hesitate to spread the good word. Good installers are hard to find.

From start to finish, Rick was incredible to deal with. With expertise, he assured a new built in refrigerator and washer/dryer would fit existing tight spaces before we placed our order. He also re-installed our complex gas cooktop & downdraft fan that had been disconnected during our home's flood restoration work. Even when extremely busy, Rick replied & followed up email inquiries promptly. He also helped trouble shoot an unexpected installation day issue. Polite, professional, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, detailed & efficient. I don't usually write reviews, but Rick was "prime" on all levels! Thank you again, Rick (and assistant, Joe!).
