Didn't do pickup for me. Packaging was great (double boxes, foam... for 45). Communication with me by email was fine and they managed to send my items as expected. Unfortunately, one of them arrived a bit chipped. They apologized but I didn't receive any compensation.

Incredibly helpful group of people that work there. They picked up an item from me from an auction house. Carefully wrapped it, and got it to me very quickly. Very responsive to every e-mail I sent. Fantastic group.
Excellent service. I engaged Pak Mail to pick up, pack and ship to Australia some small items I had won in an online auction, which were located in BC. Communication was excellent, and items were well-packed and shipped promptly. The entire process was very easily organised through email, and I would definitely use them again.
Top notch service from Pak Mail Coquitlam. I dropped off two framed pictures to be shipped to Winnipeg. They were expertly wrapped and dispatched in no time at all. Simon was responsive and kept me updated on how things were progressing. When the UPS site went down for a while, he phoned to explain the situation and described the options, based on how quickly I needed to get them to Winnipeg. Highly recommended.
