2020-11-21 Update. I received a phone call from Milani wanting to rectify the issues I reported in my initial review below. A technician was sent to my house the same day and the concerns I had were all addressed. Ryan, thank you for you phone call. Really appreciate the follow up. I had used Milani in the past and I had been generally satisfied but this time I am completely unsatisfied. First an estimate was provided to me around 1300 for a hot water tank replacement. I ended up paying more than 1700 for an sloppy job, valve handle partially burned and power cable partially burned. The good thing? The hot water tank does heat the water. Last time I use this company!
We had the unfortunate situation of a dual kitchen sink clogged. Rob H of Milani Plumbing was incredible at identifying the problem and solving the problem. Rob H not only fixed our problem he also walked us through all the steps so we knew exactly what was going on and what is needed for future maintenance.

I contacted Milani on a Saturday, scheduled service for following day, and about an hour later, they called to ask if it’s okay for someone to come same day. Rob H arrived, and he provided excellent service, I could not recommend him more highly! Not only did he quickly unblock kitchen drain, he provided incredibly valuable tips and tricks on preventative maintenance, how I could unblock it myself in future to avoid cost, and what to watch out for in strata building maintenance. He takes pride in his work and in leaving customers better informed.
