Nice and fast facility for imagining inquires. Location is convenient and has pay-parking available. Also there are street parking available in side street if you find it unfair to pay. I think it is! Service was fast and following Covid protocols. You could walk in or book appointment.

Extremely disappointed with their service. Trying to book an ultrasound for my shoulder and the only way to get an ultrasound is to also get an x-ray. Ultrasound is much less invasive and radiologists shouldn't force patients to get an x-ray just because they are greedy and want to charge more. Definitely not going to this place unless I absolutely have no other choice.

I had an ultrasound today at this Medray location and wow this place is so busy! I did have to wait about 15 min longer then my scheduled appointment but it was very doable and seeing how busy they are it wasn’t that long at all. The appointment itself was very short and sweet. My technician Leanne was extremely polite, friendly and she answered all my questions. Since this location is so busy the reviews complaining about partners not being allowed in for the ultrasound are a little unnecessary in my opinion. There are sooooo many people there as it is, no xtra people are needed during covid. Be reasonable people! The reception desk was very polite also. My experience was very nice. Thank you Medray!

Really upset about a recent appointment. I came in for my first ultrasound with my first baby. I COMPLETELY understand policies around not allowing guests into appointments. I further understand not being allowed to record the appointment. I was told when I booked that I could call my husband during the appointment. Then when I went in the tech - who had absolutely horrible bedside manner - told me I could not. When I spoke to the office manager, he said it was a recommendation by their governing college that patients not be in phone calls. A RECOMMENDATION. Which means you are ALLOWED to call, they just PREFER you don't. I don't think it's unreasonable to allow some flexibility in the ules\ during these times. Will be ensuring my physician sends me elsewhere for our future ultrasounds.
