This shop is great! I highly recommend them. Iv had lots of prints done on shirts! I love that you can bring your own item to have them print on.

I don't know how many times I've called in the last couple days and at different time and they never pick up
I called ahead of time to ensure that they had the style of shirt I was looking for. I drove all the way there only to find out that they didn't actually have that shirt in stock, despite the call ahead. The dude working couldn't care less.
They did the design properly and the customer service was good , however.. you have to hand wash your shirt and put it out on a dry rack or else it will mess up the collar of the shirt and almost looks like a turtle neck if washed and put in dryer .
I spent a good chunk of change on novelty t-shirts for co workers. The original staff who was helping me put the design of my t-shirt together, she was amazing. I went the next day to get my order and the new staff member was not finished. He says to return at 2pm and I phoned at 12:30 since I wasn’t in that area. I came at 2pm and sat till 3pm and he didn’t do a thing to complete my order and get me going. I asked him how could he say come at 2 and have nothing done and waste my time. He replied that I did not understand the nature of their business. The nature of an agreement and guarantee is universal in any business. The next day I asked for the product to be delivered and how unhappy I was with the staff member. The original staff member told the owner and he came all the way from Vancouver to Coquitlam and back to Vancouver to make sure I got the product. I hope it’s quality but I’m impressed they tried to honour our agreement and business relationship.
