I finally gave up after waiting for an hour past my noon appointment time. Another patient in the same waiting room had been there an hour and a half. This wasn't even late in the day. How can they be running that far behind and it's not even halfway through the day? To add insult to injury, the waiting room heat was not working, and it was the same temperature as outside - it felt like a morgue. Yet, nobody thought to find a plug-in space heater? Or even to pop in now and then to give us an update on what's taking so long? C'mon people. It's not that hard to run an office - unless of course you have massively over-scheduled your appointments, which seems to be the case here. It doesn't give me a ton of confidence that they are organized and capable enough that I want them treating my eyes. Not a positive customer/patient experience.
