Pi is your guy Sent the dealership a message about a truck late on a Saturday , had a response within minutes. All my questions that night where answered with quick and straight up answers. I knew at that moment I was gonna buy the truck. Pi went the extra mile on Sunday to have everything lined up and ready for Monday morning. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending eagle ridge gm to anybody. Was able to connect with sales manager Russell while I was on the hunt for a 4x4 AWD SUV. My situation was quite odd for him. He was put to the task to find me a nice car with literally those baseline requirements. Odd part is I am still in Toronto and wont be picking up the car until this weekend. I can confidently say within a few hours, Russ was able to 1) Find me a WAY better SUV than I even imagined I was going to go home with (2019 Hyundai Santa FE 2.4L). 2) get me approved for financing (within a lower biweekly payment than I was expecting as well, and instantly was approved!) 3) The guy is so awesome he’s even picking me up in with Airport with the Car and driving me back to get it all registered and insured at the dealership. We literally conducted the entire transaction over the phone for two days and it really only required one. I don’t think I really even need to express anything more of how AMAZING, SEAMLESS, AND LIGHT ON THE POCKETS the transaction was. I’m super grateful to have been in touch with Russ and would highly highly highly recommend anyone who is looking for a car to connect with him! Cheers Russ owe ya a few beers!
Just letting everyone know how great of an experience it was to deal with the guys at Eagle Ridge Chevrolet. I found the vehicle while I was looking on Facebook market place.. Did the whole deal over the phone and the vehicle was delivered to Victoria from Vancouver in a few days after purchase. The salesman that assisted me with the vehicle was Pi and he was very accommodating plus everything went smoothly and am really satisfied with the end result.. thanks again guys I will be enjoying the new vehicle thanks !!
Been dealing with Eagle Ridge GM Chev for over 10 years. On my second Traverse (2010, 2019) and LOVE it - loads of room for 8 (comfortable even in third row). The service department (particularly Brad) have always been so helpful and accommodating. Can’t say enough good things about Eagle Ridge GMC/Chevy.
We would highly recommend Eagle Ridge GM! Awesome service. Ehsan was great! Very easy to talk to and not pushy at all! He was very honest and helpful. The vehicle we purchased had accidentally been posted with a much lower price. Even though is was worth a few thousand more, they stood behind their add and gave us the lower price! We were very impressed! Would definitely go there again
