STAY AWAY!! I had a front end collision and I took my truck to this shop. After repairing everything i noticed after awhile that I had extremely uneven tire wear in my front tires. It was obvious that craftsman has failed to perform an alignment check. I took my truck back to them and indeed, they did not perform an alignment on my vehicle after my front end collision. They do not perform alignments I'm house and sent me to a different shop for an alignment. It's obvious they were trying to pinch pennies on my repair. I asked them to help me pay for some new tires because the uneven wear on my tires is pretty bad. I have reached out several times over months and no response. Horrible service. Do not come here.

Staff are friendly and the repairs are good, but communication/information is severely lacking. My first experience with them was good, other than my brake lights and indicators not working properly, requiring me to return to have that fixed. I didn’t had any issues like that the second time, but I was going away on vacation over the Christmas holidays and my holiday plans had to be changed because of delays in the repairs and no communication. I was assured that my vehicle (which contained my ski gear and work tools) would be returned to me no later than December 22nd. I called December 22nd to find out that they were closed, had no voicemail and didn’t list their actual hours of operation anywhere. I finally got a call December 26th to say that my vehicle was ready, meaning my vacation had to be delayed and we couldn’t go skiing in the meantime while we waited.
I thought I had a problem with my trunk, but it was a very minor one and they fixed it for free. Will definitely come back with my paid business in the future.

I can't say enough positive things about this team at the Coquitlam Craftsman Collision. They offer fast service, and often go the extra mile to fix small things such as scratches and popped-out components free of charge. They are very responsive and helpful, and I always feel happier when I walk through their door. Thanks so much to the office staff Jamal, Jana, John and Ted.
