Bayne and his team really came through for us, as our boiler's pump died on us on an especially cold Family Day holiday evening. They made a special trip to their shop (within the hour!) so that I could come and pick up the part. We were comfortable doing the work ourselves, and they even gave us some pro tips to ease the install. Lastly, they didn't charge us a premium at all, and the part was more than competitively priced. Absolutely incredible service. Thank you!

Great service, I had to get an emergency repair for my furnace and they were here the same night and had the problem temporarily fixed so I had heat. They are very booked up if you need a part but worth it for the great and quick service. They are up front over the phone about how much everything should cost as well! Would use again and highly recommend.

Horrible experience with this Company. We have a 1 year old furnace that stopped working. Called this company to fix the problem. The repairman who showed up not only didn’t fix the problem but created a whole new additional problem and charged us 300. When contacted and asked to return to fix the problem THEY created this company wanted to charge us ANOTHER 300. I do not recommend these guys.

Seems reviews are either 1 or 5. For me, this is definitely a fiver. It took less than a week from initial home visit to installation. I met and spoke to the owner, Bayne, in the shop, Brent the adviser came round, twice, and the installation took a day, 8:30am to 6:30pm non-stop. For the context, this is remove & install furnace, humdifier, high efficient filter and uv light. All in all, a very pleasant and professional experience. Kudos to Dmitry, the installer, who did the installation in a professional, calm manner and in a confined space. He left with no mess. Fabulous job. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.
