Their ice carving was beautiful! They sent us drawings for approval prior to making it. They came up with some ideas just by what I had said. It was really \cool\ and professional. They set up on time and picked up everything the next day. Fantastic service. I highly recommend them!

Cool creations is so awesome. Their staff was so helpful during my baby shower. Our sculpture was amazing I asked for a Cinderella carriage with horses and all my guests were amazed. They were on time and professional and did the clean up at requested time. Thank you cool creations!

Very bad company to work with. I called to ask about a price and detail of sculpture that I wanted and Hiroshi responded very rudely and just hung up the phone. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I would have given it 0 stars if I could
