Put my order in on July 31st. Haven't received anything nor have I heard from them. I have emailed them and still no response. It's now September 10th and nothing. Oct 9: I received my order. I did end up emailing stems flower farm, sister company I think, and got an apology back in mid September. It's too bad because the selection they carry is great but who knows what germination rate will be. I'll update again next summer.

I understand amid covid there may be a shortage of staff and I'm 100% for small businesses at this time, but I ordered seeds 3 months ago and have not received them. I have contacted the owners 3 separate times and have not received any response. At this point I have asked for a refund as I did spend a larger amount of money. We shall see if I get a response this time. I feel as though I've been scammed and I'm not going to get my purchased items or my money back......
Got beautiful flowers for mother's day, ordered seeds at the same time. Could not pick up seeds at the same time. Tried to pick up the seeds multiple times before asking for a refund. I've been screwed around for the last 3 months trying to get an answer. Many emails sent and one reply stating I'd receive a refund a couple weeks ago and still nothing. I have been very patient and I understand everyone is having to adapt to Covid-19, but now I'm frustrated and angry that I have to write this. I just want my money back. Don't want to think the worst of small businesses or leave bad reviews but didn't exactly leave me with much choice. **still have received no response, no seeds and no money refunded.
I ordered many seeds from Edgebrook Farm this year and had nothing but a positive experience. I am a first time cut flower grower and have had no issues with my seeds germinating. Since my order shipped a bit later than expected (because we are in the middle of a pandemic), they gave me a free pack of seeds!! So sweet. I hope people remember that we are in very challenging times and everyone is doing their best, including these wonderful folks who continue to work and distribute seeds to keep us all growing. Happy planting!
PI have been waiting 2 weeks as I am missing 2 packets of seeds, I ordered a lot of seeds. one packet came empty. I appreciate their hard work with limitted employees as it is a small buisness. Please give me a refund for the 2 packs.thank u
