We are so pleased with the bathroom renovation that Richard helped us undertake. He was informative, courteous and very knowledgeable. He has many many talents and contacts to ensure that the work being done is amazing and exactly what you want. I don’t know what would have happened if he wasn’t part of the project. I would also like to add that we felt the pricing was very reasonable and there were absolutely no surprises. I cannot recommend him enough!

I am surprised after reading these reviews to see some negative comments in regards to responsiveness. I emailed Richard directly after coming across the website and received and email back within a day. He scheduled a time to complete an estimate at my convenience. We discussed the projects and he answered all of my many questions. He is friendly but non-intrusive, and stays on point. He is clearly a professional and very experienced. I received a very detailed quote within a short timeframe and I was able to schedule the work to be done right away. I have met with several contractors/handymen over the last year, and I can say with complete honesty that my experience with Richard was a pleasant one. Five stars for first impressions.
Disappointing waste of time. I requested an estimate on a few different jobs bundled together. I did receive an email arranging a time for the estimate and was initially pleased with the promptness of the response to my emails. However, when the day finally arrived for the estimate, no one showed up. I sent an email back to the person who had arranged the time for the estimate and have heard nothing back. Not showing up at pre-arranged time, not letting me know beforehand that they wouldn't be coming, and not responding to my follow-up email warrants a single star.
I had high hopes. The company advertises that they will do any size job, big or small, so I openly explained what I needed in my initial contact (via the site). Big mistake. I did not get response, even after leaving a phone message and a direct email. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me they didn't have time for me. This company seems to be like any other company in Calgary; not a \handyman\ company who will help \fix\ things, but a company who will only take big lucrative jobs. It looks like they do a great job, but unfortunately, my project isn't worth their time.
Amazing. Richard has restored my faith in contractors! Beautiful basement remodel that has exceeded my expectations. Great work and will definitely recommend Richard and his team to anyone!!
