I would have given them 5 stars for amazing service and unbeatable prices. My previous experience was great with Sarah during the purchase. Unfortunately my battery doesn't work a few months later after very light use. Still under the 1 year warranty I am being told that they are not taking returns due covid. I was expecting a swap or free replacement. instead I was told that my only option is to purchase a new battery and charger at cost to me. I normally do not hold a retailer to the expectation of warranty and fixing my products but they told me that they are the official reseller and they are the ones that honour the warranty in Canada for that product, not the manufacturer. Yet they are not willing to do so in this case.
INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! Honestly, this company has 5 star service. If you are going to buy a large ticket item or your monthly supplies, there is no other place I would recommend. Any time I have had an issue, they have come up with an immediate solution for me. Highly highly recommend them!
