The office is run with great efficiency. I never waited more then 5 minutes. Dr Brandt was professional with great bedside manner. He was knowledgeable even though my issue was minor. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had an appointment 10:15 was seen around 10:50 after I let the receptionist know around 10:40 I was in a hurry back to work. However the wait didn’t bother me because I always assume there is a wait time at doctor appointments. Doctor seemed pleasant. She seemed to take her time but was still very quick and efficient! There is a pharmacy right in the office which is helpful because most pharmacies don’t carry all prescriptions for skin care while this one did.

I found the staff very kind and helpful, but Dr. Landolt was quite rude. She didnt even look at my skin, and kept insisting that my condition was a result of hand sanitizer use during COVID although I rarely go outside/use hand sanitizer. She also kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain my problem, and acted as though I was wasting her time. I waited 4 months for a 5 minute appointment and she did not even look at my skin; I am very disappointed, and do NOT recommend her.

They get the job done and honestly I’ve never left a review before but the front desk staff is so rude and always makes you feel so rushed when you’re on the phone with them-you can’t even get one sentence out before they interrupt you so they can hang up. I get that it’s covid but I don’t think an office can be so busy that they can’t spend more than 30 seconds on the phone with a client who has a concern. Even when you go in person it’s the same and they talk really unprofessionally in my opinion! Just an area of growth for the office
