Worst apparel experience I’ve Ever had. Sizing is horrible, the exchange process was horrible, the collars on the jackets are horrible. Required uniform piece and I havent met anyone yet that actually likes the jacket. Truly an unreal experience. Seriously... what are u supposed to do with a collar like this? I’m 4 months in since my original purchase.
horrible customer service. I shipped back a medium combo jacket and exchanged it for a small. i received the small without the inner jacket, customer service made it seem like i made a mistake, no apology, no well fix it right away. We use them at work, so i have no choice, but i would not recommend them for anyone to use.

The absolute worst company to deal with in terms of shipping products to customers. In what day and age are we living, that it takes 4-6 weeks to send a product to a customer after we pay for the items. Referring to the pilot jackets , no name badge as I’m ordering a new replacement, so can’t use that excuse. It’s shameful. For these prices we should get next day, priority express, overnight before 8am delivery with a bell boy wearing a bow tie. Still stuck in 1990 it seems. Pathetic shipping times and brining it up with the company. By the time I receive the thing it will be summer again
