Edit: I am updating my rating to 3 stars due to the fact I had a different person from customer service reach out to me and and actually offer me help and gave me options. I’ve had faster communication and I have been taken care of. My rating is for the TERRIBLE customer service! Ordered a pair of skates that came in a damaged box and the skates overall looked new but was missing paint on the eyelets and I reached out to them over email. And got no response after two days I sent another email. I tried calling but all I get is the voicemail and I sent a Facebook message that didn’t get a response until 3 days later and after I responded back nothing else was said to me.it’s been 4 days. I got a response to the second email. I sent pictures and a video and I was told nothing was wrong with the skates and that I hope I enjoy them. I told them I was not happy with these skates and wanted a refund. I have not heard anything from them in 5 days! Awful awful customer service. All I wanted was to exchange them because I’m not paying this much money for it to come damaged and they can’t be bothered to even email you back. I will not buy from them again because of the service.

This was the only shop in the world that had the skates I wanted in my size (US women’s 12 eu 43) in stock. They shipped them internationally in two days, and the shipping was included in the price! Highly recommend for the size selection and shipping! Love my skates!

Excellent! That's the word describes my experience of shopping at ProSkaters Place. I stopped skating several years ago, and I wanted to return skating with a brand-new skates. I sent them an email with a few questions, desperate for knowledge. The respond was very quick, informative and very helpful. I was guided to buy the perfect product for me. Eventually I bought FR1, which I have for a long while now, and I'm absolutely satisfied, it's a perfect fit. Thanks ProSkaters Place for this great service and recommendations! I definitely have my home shop and the place to recommend on to friends.

ATTENTION: Photos Speak for themselves. Total: 637.62. Ordered 1/28-1/30/21 Delivered 2/8/21 All items wrapped in a thin layer of cheap plastic wrap- Check. Item packaging inside- in bad shape- but you can see the damage wasn't done by USPS. Luminous Wheels Spacer Problem - Check. (7) 8mm spacers included and for no reason other than incompetence (1) 6mm spacer. NOTE: Even their own listing states you need 8mm spacers, yet they've included a 6mm. Fortunately I videotape all unboxings from start to finish so I have complete proof, but for anyone considering buying from PSP - pictures don't lie. I have attached 5 here. All of my orders were shipped as poorly as this one. Fortunately only 1 other order had similar problems (Wrong size liners sent- 44 instead of 43 and then a set of mismatched wheels (5) of one color scheme (1) of another. This was my last time doing business with them. Period.
