Called the place first to look for shoes and held them until I went to the actual store. Mary was so helpful and so kind, such great customer service. She gave helpful tips and was very patient with me - left with a great experience and the perfect shoes! Would definitely come here again because of the amazing customer service from Mary!

The Yorkdale location was my favourite place to shop for shoes and accessories. They usually offer the best quality products and services and the customer service was usually exceptional.
