Not one word of a lie , from the moment you walk in the EXCEPTIONALLY SUPERB customer service you receive from Sarah and her staff is incredible. In less than two minutes I had two party hosts by my side helping me unpack and set up. If I had time and dropped off my party supplies prior to my event it would have been done before we arrived. I actually enjoyed my daughters first birthday and felt completely comfortable leaving everything in their hands. They were completely booked but promptly ready to receive us with a clean party room. The facility was immaculate, clean, spacious, and private. My guests were so impressed! Thank you for making this such s flawless experience and accommodating us perfectly !

Walking in to this place you dont know what to expect but I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff is amazing, the owner is an Angel. I hosted my sons first birthday there and I was so impressed by the care we received. its clean and spacious. They are so helpful in giving advice and recommendations for decor and money saving. They are cost effeciend, So knowledgeable open and honest. My guests had an amazing time and I will book every party I have there from now on and recommend to every body. Thank you
I had my daughters first birthday here and it was overall a decent experience. They helped with set up, cut and served birthday cake, and helped clean the room which was great. My only problem was they rush you out of the room early as they flip the rooms very quick and the staff is very stressed trying to accommodate 2 parties at once and getting rooms prepared between parties. I booked a 2 hour time slot and my guests and I started wrapping up 15 mins before the party was over and the staff was telling me I would be charged 75 if I went even a minute over the time as the next party was standing in the hall ready for the room. You’d think they would give you a 5 minute or so grace period - in my opinion they should give themselves more time between parties so they aren’t so rushed. The whole experienced seemed very rushed and it felt like I was bothering the staff every time I had a question. Overall it’s not bad for the price but I probably wouldn’t book a party there again.
Just had my son's 6th Birthday here, and all I can say is AMAZING! Sara from the beginning goes over and beyond to make sure you have the most amazing perfect party here!! The staff is SUPER friendly and so helpful in making sure your party is a success! The venue is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming from the minute you walk in!! I highly recommend Never Never Land for your children's party!
It only allows 5 stars they deserve 10 stars. Best party place ever. My child and party goers had a blast. Affordable price and friendly staff I will be recommending this playground and will be having future parties here for sure. Helpful from email, to phone call, from when you arrive, and up to your departure. BEST time ever!
