My husband and I purchased our first hot tub from Jacuzzi Vaughan and it was a great experience. You go by appointment and the staff show you all the options available and there are many. Mike assisted us and his level of knowledge on each tub was so in-depth it made our decision very easy. Mike is very friendly and had us laughing the entire appointment. If you are thinking of purchasing a tub? Do it. It is the best investment we have made for our family. The powerful Jets along with the lights make it relaxing and fun. You can have either a spa morning or party at night! The care of the tub is very easy and if you have any questions, the staff support you through the process. You only live once. Live your best life!

We purchased our hot tub through Jacuzzi Vaughan in the middle of November and as promised it was delivered by December 31st - and we've been loving it ever since. Although we considered several other manufacturers, there was no comparison - the quality of service together with the speed of delivery really set Jacuzzi Vaughan apart. Barb Mowder came in part way through to support our purchase and was fantastic - her communication was excellent and she treated us more like friends than customers. Through their \white glove\ service, every detail is taken care of. I would certainly recommend Jacuzzi Vaughan to anyone looking to add a hot tub to their home.

Jennifer G has been very great though this process and she is very knowledgeable all other staff were very friendly. We got out spa earlier than expected and and the electrician was friendly and intimate. We are living our hot tub every day
