I visited the place personally, and ended up buying from their website. Very nice and professional staff. One of their reps, Liam, spent about half an hour on Black Friday night educating me for different types of machines, and kindly recommended that I purchase from their online store. The machine I liked was back ordered. The website gave me a clear timeline of the delivery time. They comment with me both online and also over the phone, to make sure what is the status of the delivery. Finally the machine arrived at the exact time I was expecting and it works perfectly according to the explanation Liam gave me on the very first day. Very happy buying from them, and definitely recommend them.

I would like to personally thank Liam for his insightful, and friendly guidance on our purchase decision. He explained things so well, it made our purchase decision extremely simple. Also, let me just say WOW! This is the best coffee I’ve ever had! And now we get to enjoy this every day at our office! Set up was easy, the machine is amazing, and buying under your guidance gave us everything we needed to get started! Within about 30 minutes (I like to read things carefully) we were brewing delicious espressos coffees for everyone to try. Even the UPS guy got in on the action! Goodbye overpriced, mediocre coffee pods and overpriced burnt coffeehouse coffee. Hello delicious tasting perfect brew every time! mmmmmm… this is good!
Great experience. Ordered a Delonghi la Specialista conveniently through their website. It arrived much earlier than expected and included a free set of 6 glasses. So happy to make the purchase with a Canadian company and not a multinational corporation known for driving local stores out of businesses and mistreating its hard-working employees. Will recommend to any friends looking to purchase espresso machines.
Did an internet order. Staff are nice when communicating via email. No real complaints. Shipping speed to get dispatched from their warehouse was decent. They have a decent selection of products available.
tl;dr - Oh. My. God. \u003c3\u003c3\u003c333 Home Coffee Solutions had a refurbished Saeco Moltio HD8767 listed at such an inexpensive price that I thought it was too good to be true. After some due diligence I decided to order one anyway, which arrived today, carefully packaged. I am a diehard Saeco fan (this is my 3rd one) and can tell a good machine from bad ones, right on the spot and inside and out, and BOY, what a beauty! Every part is in perfect working order, and in a nearly perfect cosmetic shape too! The only nit was that the box was a little worn but that's expected because it's a refurb after all. Thank you for the business HCS, you just scored a premier spot in my book!
