This location keeps messing up my account and telling me I owe money that I don't owe. The service is incredibly lax. I have updated my personal info I don't know how many times and they still keep sending my information to the wrong addresses. The receptionists/front desk are terrible. The cars at NOT kept up - I was given a car with a bad tire and when I took it in they told me inside the tire was torn which is incredibly dangerous. I am lucky to be alive. Save yourself.

J from enterprise went above and beyond with follow up and service. They didn’t have what I was looking for so he called other locations to try and find a solution. Great follow up and customer service. Truck was clean and smelled good. Overall very simple and easy transaction.
Extremely pleased with Enterprise Keele street here in Concord for accomodating the easy return of my vehicle (one way rental from YYZ during Lockdown). I've been a frequent personal and business renter of Enterprise for many years and despite various locations I've almost ALWAYS had 5* experiences and this time was no exception.

Shah was super friendly and gave me an upgrade to an SUV at no charge. Thanks for taking care of me! Vehicle was clean had loads of features. My one gripe was only one of the cigarette lighter plugs worked. This was a pain as gadgets are life to little travellers and when they can't charge their devices, they get upset
