We went in with a service dog. We waited for assistance, which others were taken before us even though we were there first. service was very slow. The staff were socializing with one another instead of taking orders and talking with customers. The environment was not very friendly nor inclusive at all. Then once we had placed an order for a drink to be made, the barista left the drink on the counter without telling my spouse that it was done..... she is BLIND. she didn't realize for a while that it was done and no one behind the counter put two and two together with the service dog. we continuously spend a lot of money here so we were very disappointed with the service, given all other locations we've been to have been extraordinary. I am glad that it's under new management and I can't wait to see how they retrain their employees on how to assist people with disabilities.

Lovely decaf tea
Lovely atmosphere and great staff. Many flavors to choose from and always some teas to taste.. you can smell the flavors you would want to purchase. Sometimes when I'm not sure i buy a cup before buying and if i like it i buy a bigger pack!! It's nice with those new organic flavors. You guys should try it if you're into healthy and tasty teas!! There's also on the description how much caffeine on each tea..
A tea lover’s delight! Great atmosphere, wonderful service! Alex was the ultimate hostess, so gracious, so accommodating! She served us an amazing concoction...forever nuts...simply divine! Great gift ideas...our moms loved their Mother’s Day gifts!
Ah. The best place to get tea. Their service is good and so is their tea selection. If you’re interested in spicy, sweet, fruity or pure tea for your digestive system they have the right answer for everything.
Yeah it's good. Lots to choose from and they give you free samples. Some of the marketing on the names seems deceiving, but not any diffrent from any other "natural" type product.
The staff here is both friendly and helpful, encouraging deals without coming off as upselling. I really enjoy the friendliness of the people at this location.
Had a great experience here, recently Ive been trying to get into a healthier lifestyle and a friend recommended davids tea. I went to the Promenade location and no one was helpful, I checked out the vaughan mills location while shopping and had a great experience. Ahmed was very helpful and helped provided me with teas that suited my taste. He was patient and very helpful, behaviour like this should be rewarded because it is not common
