While shopping for a replacement CPAP machine, I came across CPAP Clinic and was intrigued by the high ratings on Google reviews. I was fortunate that Leonisa and team managed to fit me into their schedule within a couple of hours of my phone call. I was all setup and ready to test my machine that same night. The consultation was amazing stress-free, no pressure, and I truly got the sense that they were looking out for what would work for me and nothing else. The payment process was also pain-free and the pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Juli for a number of years for all of my CPAP supplies. I recently had gone a new sleep study and upgraded to a new CPAP machine. I had the great pleasure of working with Juli again as well as Mehek. Both are absolutely professional and go beyond good service. They provide incredible service. My story does not end here. After using my current CPAP machine for many years, the adjustment to the new machine was challenging. We tried a couple of different masks finally finding the best fit. However I was still experiencing some issues. The owner Alex actually exchanged my machine for a different model. No hassle no problem just amazing customer service. This solved all my challenges and all is good. I would not only continue to work only with these people, I will suggest to anyone who are getting a CPAP for the first time or if you are a current CPAP user requiring supplies, CPAP Clinic is the only stop you need to make. Thank you for all your incredible help, Brian G

My father in law was prescribed CPAP therapy and we happened upon the CPAP clinic in Vaughan. We booked an appointment with Simona, the CPAP clinic consultant. She was amazing to say the least. She was very helpful and spent a lot of time explaining the differences between the various machine, masks and equipment and answered all our questions...much better than some of the other clinics. The most important thing was that she did not push us to purchase certain equipment right away and asked us try without the extras if possible and then come back if needed. We really appreciated that very much. That shows true genuine patient care. She always responds promptly to an email or phone call for any further queries. Truly the best consultant! The costs are competitive and good too. Will absolutely recommend.

It was an unexpected experience at this clinic after seeing all the good reviews. This clinic gave me good rates compared to most clinics and the administrative staff were nice, so I booked an appointment and informed them that I have an expired health card and was advised by Service Ontario representatives not to renew it at the location due to the pandemic. The admin also confirmed that it was fine and booked my appointment. During my visit, Simona the CPAP consultant took my prescription and then I reminded her that my health card was expired. She looked irritated and told me that she can't do it. I explained to her about our conversation with service Ontario and she responded ''no it's not fine, I can't do the paperwork, I don't have time for this, I see ten patients a day.'' I tried to tell her that the admin told me it was fine and then she said, ''who said it was fine? who booked your appointment?'' She waved the prescription in the air, went to the front desk and asked the admin who booked the appointment?'' She then asked us, ''You can pay the full amount and do the paperwork yourself, it doesn't matter to me - but I will not do it.'' I didn't know about the details of billing through ADP/healthcare system and so I asked, but the way she responded was so uncalled for. Especially because the service rep from Ontario Health said that a code 53 could be used to bill expired health cards through their system. I didn't realize that this clinic couldn't. She could've said it politely instead of abruptly walking out on our appointment and yelling like it was my mistake. It seems as though money is all that matters and if extra work has to be done for customers then it is not worth their while. I will definitely take this matter to head office so that next time, nobody else has to feel disrespected and dismissed.
