We had 7 windows installed into our 2 story old home. Upper and lower floors. The people who came to do the estimate were the same people who installed the windows. I thought this was very helpful when asking questions. They were very informative and knowledgable about their product. They were able to answer all our questions. When they came to install the windows they were on time, professional. friendly and had the job done the same day. The windows look wonderful. We were very pleased with the work and the price was very competitive to other brands, so we booked in the rest of our main home to have windows installed. We would recommend this company for its professional manner, competitive price, good product, friendly service and on time delivery.

We want to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for our sales representative, James Steers, and our installer David for their amazing work on our custom front door! After experiencing some issues with a gap forming due to our house settling, James came to visit our home and priced numerous options, including a customized 8 foot front door that we didn't even think of as a potential purchase. Our new door has completely transformed the look of our home! The quality of the door and the tri point locking system far exceeded our expectations and we have received many compliments from our neighbours in the short time since it was installed. We felt very supported in our decision as James was willing to answer questions and make suggestions in a timely manner providing us with his professional opinion at all times. His experience helped us to make decisions best for our home and consider factors that we wouldn't have thought of on our own! He stopped by on installation day to check in with us and has since been in contact to ensure our satisfaction with the finished project. David, who spent the day installing the door, was extremely friendly, kind and respectful of our space. He answered questions that we had and took additional time to explain what was being done both throughout and after completing the project. I have used clear windows for my windows installation. It was all smooth and quality work, though it took some time to get it installed during Covid time, they cleaned the place once it was some and explained in detail on the operations. As it is hard to rate on quality with 4 months, I guess it is going to be good.

Working with Clera Windows was a wonderful experience all around. I had 3 different companies out to my house for quotes and our rep from Clera, Adam, was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. He was able to understand what I was looking for and directed me in the right direction. After confirming my choice, an employee was sent out within days to take measurements and our order for the custom front door and side-light, garbage room door, and porch enclosure was submitted. The installers were friendly and worked into the evening to ensure work was completed in a timely manner. After installation was complete, there was a very minimal issues, which was resolved almost immediately. My grandmother a few doors down also had a couple windows replaced by them and was very happy with their work. I would most certainly recommend working with this company and have referred them to other individuals already.

We were going to play it safe with our window replacement and stick with the beige colour from the builder for the new windows. Our sales rep Mike had the beige and black sample with him and he took the time to let us see in sunlight what the colours would look like up against our brick. We ended up going for bolder black and we could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you Clera for caring about our home! We are now the talk of the neighbourhood :)
