This is a great place. I need to replace a piece of glass from a end table. The service was excellent. They even called to make sure they had the correct measurements.

I had 2 glass shelves cut from thick glass, and the service was exemplary. They have been very patient and informative, and helped me to carry the wrapped glass to the car.

I recently purchased two panes of standard soda-lime glass from C&G, and got them delivered to a client nearby. This was my first time using C&G Glass, and it will absolutely be my last as well. My interactions with C&G were great - the receptionist on the other end of the phone was friendly, easy to work with, and helpful. I was able to call back to update payment information, and coordinate delivery very easily. C&G's lead time and delivery speed were also fantastic, I placed the order one day, and received the delivery the very next day. The price was also very good. Where C&G completely and utterly dropped the ball is in how they deliver their products. Let me be clear here: we're talking about GLASS here, a material that is practically the dictionary definition of the word \fragile\. ANY time you buy glass, it needs to be cleaned, wrapped, and protected. Instead, my client got two absolutely FILTHY pieces of glass delivered, covered in the fine abrasive grit that's produced through glass cutting, along with splotches of adhesive. Worse than all of that, though: the glass was completely and utterly unprotected. No bubble wrap, no cardboard, not even a piece of paper towel or saran wrap. Guys just walk out of a truck with two pieces of bare, filthy, unprotected glass in hand. They didn't even bring anything to put it down on! My client had to supply a blanket! They left the glass just leaning DIRECTLY ONTO BRICK. I'm honestly baffled by this. I don't understand for even an instant how any company can believe this is appropriate. C&G Glass' product handling and delivery is the worst I have ever seen. They deliver an unprofessionally finished product, in an unprofessionally amateur way. Unless you want filthy, easily-damaged glass, avoid them at all cost.
