I work in the utility’s sector and I frequently work on large outages. This past Friday, one of the pieces of equipment on rental failed. No big deal, stuff breaks. What was a big deal was that this was the only like piece of equipment in the GTA available at this time. What Battlefield did next was in my opinion above and beyond the call of duty. They located a machine in Cambridge, that was not functional at the time and had a Technician stay late on Friday so a driver could pick it up Saturday morning and deliver it to site by 8am, allowing us to make our deadline for the outage. Thanks again guys.
