Used this service twice. First time with no hitches but second terrible. It was not until I actually called to see when they were coming to bring to me the airport. Girl told me they had no drivers. Bad service. I was going to give 3 stars but I think the bad overcame the good. By the way on a positive note I called Brampton Taxi and saved some money. They were actually cheaper.

The dispatcher on the phone was Totally rude..unprofessional and aggressive.......Will never call there again..... Boss of the company should be ashamed to have someone like that working for the company
Avoid. I needed to go to Airport and called in advance to book a taxi by 3pm. It wasn't there on time and called dispatcher, he promised that taxi 5min late, in 10 min I called dispatcher again and he gave me \current taxi location\ which was 2 min away from my home, 10 min later I called again and dispatcher said that taxi should arrive any minute. It finally arrived 22 min late, dispatcher lied to me twice, if I knew that I would cancel it. Taxi car that arrived was in horrible condition internally and mechanically, while moving it was making such loud sounds that we couldn't talk without screaming to each other, we were really afraid that car would fall apart on the way. May be that was the reason why we were the slowest car on the road, while all other cars on half-empty highway were going 100km/h our taxi kept speed of 80km/h. I never had any problem before with Royal taxi and Ambassador, it's pity Ambassador went out of business but for sure I will never call Astro taxi again, I gave two stars just because we finally got to the destination.
Horrible customer service. They lie about their service. Would never use them. Ever! Ended up late for an important meeting as they wouldn't let me book 45minutes ahead of time. What a horrible company. This is why people use UBER. I know I wont be using taxis anymore. You're a joke.
