Considering there's Covid-19 handling in place with Canada Post. I ordered PPE from Age Comfort on a Thursday and I got my package today on a Sunday. That was the quickest wait time for a package. Everything was exactly as shown on the website and free shipping over 50. I understand why some people put some bad reviews here, but overall I had no problems with their service and I will order from them again. Highly recommended!

Long wait times when you call. When an order is processed you never receive a tracking number unless you call and ask for one even though it states that you will receive a tracking number in the emails.

very horrible service and the customer service is horrible i called because my packages were in Montreal QC and i don't even live there so the lady i spoke to tells me oh its just a glitch well my items were updated twice in QC they are the most disrespectful company i ever dealt with i will no longer be dealing with this company thanks for always messing up my packages they don't seem to care for their customers

I'd give zero stars if possible. I clearly should have checked here first before I ordered from this fiasco of a company. Their communication is the worst I have ever experienced. Was charged for products weeks before they shipped out. One order didn't even arrive. Its almost impossible to get ahold of anyone there. Phone lines are overwhelmed and emails are not answered. I finally got ahold of someone after a multiple attempts (email and phone) to get an order refunded because it didn't show up. ZERO APPOLOGY. Not ordering anything from here again. They didn't care that I didn't receive an order after 4 months!

Update: After this review was posted I received a 'resounding' apology for lack of communication from AgeComfort. However, too little, too late. I was excited to receive 2 products I had ordered at the beginning of December. I saw that Age Comfort had billed me twice, but had reversed one bill and refunded the other. I didn't know why there were the 2 additional transactions, as there was no communication from Age Comfort. I waited 2 weeks. I emailed their order department. No response. I waited another 2 weeks and emailed them again, advising if no response within 5 business days, I would take action. THAT elicited a response, only that as the items had been discontinued, they had refunded my monies (on the same day ordered). However, their website DID NOT indicate the products were discontinued, and there was NO notification that they had been discontinued. I highly recommend that you DON'T deal with this company - their website is misleading and their and customer service is zero out of 10.
