I've used Aaroport Services to travel to and from Pearson to the Downtown Core over 15 times in the last 6 months and I've only ever had one issue. Their customer service was very quick and polite when handling the issue and it was remedied within a day. I highly recommend using the service if you're flying into Pearson. The drivers have always been helpful and considerate and the cars are always clean!
Fantastic to deal with. Drivers are good, and office staff ensures every detail is taken care of before pickup. When traveling, & need to go to the airport/return home, will never deal with anyone else in TO.
I paid the driver with my credit card. He said it was declined and crumpled the receipt. My wife gave him her credit card. He said he keyed in the same information. We asked for the crumpled receipt and the second receipt. Upon review later he had increased the tip by 4 dollars. So we guess he was not happy with the original tip, cancelled my perfectly good card and put in his own tip on the second card.
Had a great experience with car #95 on the evening of May 8. Nice, polite and safe driver. I wish this gentleman could be my driver every time.
