Great professional service!! Just needed my system inspected to make sure all was well. Russell is a total pro and very pleasant. Arrived just hours after my call even tho it was not an urgent matter. I highly recommend these folks, and they do not charge an arm and a leg. It is nice to have confidence in someone in regards to a septic system of which I have no knowledge of. Do not hesitate using these guys. I have no affiliation to Yellow Truck, and it is a self directed review and was not prompted.

Our family's experience with Yellow Truck Septic Ltd. was worse than bad. Hired them to fix acreage septic system 3-4 years ago. Company representative installed a faulty aerator pump and then stated that he did not know how to repair the float alarm system, leaving it flashing. He failed to return with someone who could properly repair the system. Yellow Truck representative also advised us to have our septic system serviced every 5 years. Well, 3-4 years later, when checked by an independent septic service representative we were advised that the aerator pump does not work, the septic pump motor service cycle had been reversed and the float alarm system did not work to warn of potential overflow. The independent septic service representative advised that our system requires annual maintenance - not every 5 years - and that Yellow Truck representatives apparently did not understand how to repair our system! Result was a large repair bill that should never have happened! In good conscience we would never recommend Yellow Truck Septic for any rural septic system maintenance or repair.

OUTSTANDING! We have been using Yellow Truck over the past several years for maintenance on our septic system. I called thinking we needed our tank pumped (it was pumped just over 2 years ago). An appointment was set and the technician arrived as scheduled. Upon inspection of the tank, it was determined that it didn't really need to be pumped at this time. The technician spent about 45 minutes educating me (for no charge) on how to make small adjustments to the products we use in our everyday life that will help the function of our system. We had a very pleasant conversation and have set a reminder to have our tank pumped when it should be ready for a clean out. This experience shows that this company and it's team go above and beyond to provide excellent service their customers. No doubt who we will call for any of our septic maintenance needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Very good experience. I'm not familiar with the new style septic tanks. Russ explained everything very clearly and gave me good advice on maintenance. Owner very helpful over the phone. Also they arrived on time and did a good job. Very pleased, will call again.
